Copyright & takedown policy

StitchFile converts artwork that our users upload. Users must own their artwork or have permission to use it. Uploads are private and never shown publicly.

Reporting infringement

If you believe a file made with StitchFile infringes your copyright or trademark, email copyright@stitchfile.app with:

• your name and contact details, and the work or mark you own;
• where you found the infringing embroidery or file, and why you believe it was made with our service;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised, and that your notice is accurate.

What we do

• We investigate every notice, remove infringing material we hold, and may suspend the account involved.
• Accounts that repeatedly infringe are closed.
• If your material was removed and you believe that's a mistake, reply to our notice with your explanation.
