Pricing questions
Is the preview really free?+
Yes. You see the stitch preview, stitch count, thread colours, sew time and every change we made before paying. You only pay to download the machine files.
Do credits expire?+
No. 10-pack credits never expire, and credits granted by a subscription stay in your account even after you cancel.
Can I cancel a subscription?+
Any time, from My designs → Manage billing. You keep your credits and files.
What if a file doesn't sew well?+
Email us with a photo. We'll re-run it free, or refund the design. Digital files aren't otherwise refundable once downloaded.
Do prices include VAT?+
Prices are in US dollars. Where VAT or sales tax applies it's added at checkout based on your location.
